a. De-Select All

1) Click Selections then Select None

b. Colorize to Taste

    1) Click Colors then Colorize

        On the Colorize Window:
        Hue = 240
        Saturation = 255

   c. Flatten the Layers

1) Click Layers then Merge then Merge All (flatten)
