a. Activate the First Layer

       On the Layers Window:
       Click the bottom most layer

   b. Select With the Magic Wand

    1) Click the Magic Wand Tool Buttton

        Match Mode = RGB Value
        Tolerance = 0
        Feather = 0

    2) Hold down the shift key to add

    3) Click the background
