Part 16

    a. Open a New Image          

    1) Click File then New

        Width = 200 Pixels
        Height = 200 Pixels
        Background Color = Transparent

   b. Paint with Pattern       

    1) Click the Flood Fill Tool

        Fill Style = Pattern
        Match Mode = None
        Tolerance = 0
        Opacity = 100
        Sample Merged = Unchecked
        Click Options
        Blend Mode = Normal
        New Pattern Source = reptile.psp

    2) Click Inside the Image
