a. Apply Cutout Effect

    1) Click Image then Effects then Cutout

        On the Cutout Window:
        Fill Interior with Color = Not Checked
        Interior Color = Does not apply
        Shadow Color = Black
        Opacity = 100
        Blur = 30
        Vertical Offset = -10
        Horizontal Offset = -10
