    1) The Selection Tool is still active

        On the Controls Window:
        Type = Circle
        Feather = 0
        Antialias = Checked

    2) Click and Drag From (150,50) to Size = (50x50)

        Status Bar (125,25)->(175,75)=(50,50)[1.000]
