Part 1

a. Open a New Image

    1) Click File then New

        On the New Image Window:
        Width = 200 Pixels
        Height = 200 Pixels
        Resolution = 72 Pixels/Inch
        Background Color = Transparent
        Image Type = 16.7 Million Colors (24 Bit)

   b. Create a Circle Selection

    1) Click The Selection Tool Buttton

        On the Controls Window:
        Type = Circle
        Feather = 0
        Antialias = Checked

    2) Click and Drag From (50,50) to Size = (50x50)

        Status Bar (25,25)->(75,75)=(50,50)[1.000]
